What Time is it, ZILLA time.

First things first, just Look what you got your hands into NOW.

Take apart my Roller, Yes Everything. Keep all the screws in a box and have 2 or 3 containers around. So as you open New boxes of thing, you know what screws go with what stuff you have opened.

1# First set up the 3 speed. It is easy and I should have taken pictures of it.

Make sure you LOCTITE just the screws that need to be, Don't loctite the adjustment screws

2# Reverse is easy.

3# Do the DDisk Brakes

Put the motor plate on the tran  first. I do the fuel side first, Screw the tran and the motor plate to the fuel side TVP. Next screw the fuel tank holders on. you should screw everything to the fuel side TVP.

Now before you put the front Diff on, make sure you hook up the radio and receiver to set it, to ZERO the servos. A MUST TO DO FIRST. Zero the steering  first, and set it up at zero, make sure the trim on the remote is in the middle. ALLWAYS UNPLUG THE RECEIVER FIRST , THEN SHUT OFF THE REMOTE OFF.

Now that you have the Steering done you can do the reverse. Use needle nose pliers to do the job right. Use a little Loctite on them little set screws.

You can SEE I use Green Sealed Bearings in the Steering link. Make sure that everything moves nicely No binding.

Now that is all done, here comes the FUN part, the radio box and all those wires. Just run them nicely in the box. If you have a Hump pack then Dremele out a Notch in the box so the wire for the charger hangs out.
